The project plan for this day will take us to the rock area we cleared out last year that surrounds the old pond bed. Volunteers will focus on a quick re-clean up and weed removal and then spread mulch and plant. We also have a few other projects on tap that day, depending on how many people sign up! Note that our Project Plans are subject to change pending volunteer attendance and park needs.

A great way to give back, make some new friends and learn more about Brookdale Park. All ages and skills are welcome and community service hours are available. We provide tools, work gloves, training and fun!

Our focus is on projects that restore and enhance Brookdale Park's Olmsted Brothers' Master Plan while keeping the community’s needs and sustainability top of mind. We are an all-volunteer group supported by donations.
