BPC Program: Intro to Brookdale's New Outdoor Fitness Course

Join personal trainers, Victor Perrotta and Patty Aicher, Founder of Extreme Moderation for an introduction to working out on Brookdale Park’s new outdoor fitness course. Designed for all fitness levels, this new park feature combines calisthenics with isometric exercises to help users improve their cardiovascular health while increasing body strength and flexibility with movements such as bending, jumping, swinging, twisting or kicking, using only one’s body weight for resistance.
